How can I return a product or cancel a service?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased on our website, we can accept returns within 14 days from the day you were delivered the products. If you purchased more than one product with separate deliveries, the 14 days are calculated from the day on which we made the last delivery. However, if you wish to cancel a service, you have 14 days from the date of the order to cancel it unless you already agreed to start the service. Therefore, you cannot cancel your subscription to digital content that was activated within 14 days from the date of purchase pursuant to your request. The cost shall be estimated to be the same as the costs incurred by Fitness Hub to send the products that had been purchased. In order to return any other type of product, the rules for return explained below shall apply and Fitness Hub shall incur the costs. However, we would like to inform you that you may be held responsible for the reduction in value of the goods caused by any other handling besides that needed to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation (for example if you damaged the item, scratched it, etc.).

How to return equipment

  1. Request the return by email Contact Customer Service by sending an email to support@workouttools.com.au. Attach the withdrawal form with all parts filled in. The Customer Service team will send a confirmation that the return request has been accepted along with instructions on how to return the equipment.
  2. Collecting the equipment Our courier will contact you by telephone to agree on the date of collection. The courier already has all the instructions to collect the equipment and deliver it back to us. You will not have to provide any additional information.
  3. Confirmation of refund We will proceed with the refund as soon as the returned items have been examined by our quality control team. We will send a confirmation email as soon as the return has been processed and accepted. You may need to wait a few days to see the refund on your bank statement. We will refund all payments received from the customer without undue delay, taking account of when we actually received the return of the item. The refund will be made for the entire amount paid, less only the value of any damage that we may find on the returned product.

How to return the clothing items and accessories

  1. Request the return by email Contact Customer Service by sending an email to: support@workouttools.com.au attaching the withdrawal form with all parts filled in. The Customer Service team will send a confirmation that the return request has been accepted via email, along with instructions for the return.
  2. You will receive the confirmation email and package the product for its return Once you have received the confirmation email from our Customer Service team, you can package the product to prepare it for collection. We suggest that you reuse the box you that you received the product in as the packaging, and seal it securely. Please also remove or cover any labels, stickers, or other instructions that were present on the packaging when it was delivered.
  3. Return of the product Our courier will contact you by telephone to agree on the date of collection.

The courier already has all the instructions to collect the items of clothing and accessories and deliver them back to us. You will not have to provide any additional information.

They will have to be sent within 14 days from the date on which you gave notice of your cancellation. You will have to return the goods before the end of the 14-day return period.
